Salesman Chuck in Northern NJ Morris County 2010 was an *** hole, high pressure. I already knew the windows were good from my research but he had to go on with his sales pitch. Windows are excellent. Installers were great, workmanship good. Windows are 8 years old, no complaints, external silicone intact. Had ten windows replaced. This is really all I have to say and I think it is enough.
