Update by user Mar 28, 2019 I called my dentist office and got the statement for the whole year. Also got all the documentation and they said it was fixed and to check back which i did and it was corrected. Please take anything of this complaint off this site. Didn't know I was complaining to a pissed off site just a complaint to the company itself. Original review posted by user Mar 27, 2019 my dentist requires a part of a payment when visiting there office so when i got explanation of benefits the amount paid was different then orginally paid and the fsa does not show amount of bill to amounts paid. having issues of over $2800.00 of dentist bills. and amount paid into fsa was 2500.00
