Update by user Jun 01, 2019 They sent the part that was missing from the kit. Update by user Jun 01, 2019 After leaving critical reviews on gasbike.net and on this site, they actually sent me the missing part. It only took about a month to get resolution (sarcasm intended). I'm reluctant to change my rating as good customer service is paramount when dealing with a company, and gasbike had terrible customer service. I made numerous calls and sent several emails to no avail. It was only once I started leaving poor reviews that they cared to take care of my issue. I'll update my review in the future to include actual info about the engine kit i purchased, now that I'm able to complete the build. Original review posted by user May 25, 2019 I would love to leave a good review, but I didn't receive all the parts to completely assemble my bike. All I need is the pineapple bushing that was missing and I can get on the road. Its not like I can just run to the hardware and pick one up. I get no response from Gasbike.net when I email or call. All calls get disconnected after 10 minutes 9 seconds. They just must not care about their customers.
