Update by user Jun 01, 2019 After leaving critical reviews on gasbike.net and on this site, they actually sent me the missing part. It only took about a month to get resolution (sarcasm intended). I'm reluctant to change my rating as good customer service is paramount when dealing with a company, and gasbike had terrible customer service. I made numerous calls and sent several emails to no avail. It was only once I started leaving poor reviews that they cared to take care of my issue. I'll update my review in the future to include actual info about the engine kit i purchased, now that I'm able to complete the build. Original review posted by user May 25, 2019 I would love to leave a good review, but I didn't receive all the parts to completely assemble my bike. All I need is the pineapple bushing that was missing and I can get on the road. Its not like I can just run to the hardware and pick one up. I get no response from Gasbike.net when I email or call. All calls get disconnected after 10 minutes 9 seconds. They just must not care about their customers.
