About two months ago, I put a request on my range for over heating. AHS contracted Shin men Worldwide for the repair. The technician sent by that failed to repair. I called the technician and his company and AHS to report. Without any follow up, AHS closed the request and is asking me to pay for opening a new request for the same range and the same issue that was not solved.
