I bought a Dell 2 months ago and It has an opening on the left bottom corner. I tried to contact customer care, I spent a day trying to get it done . after a long day on the phone trying to solve the issue with their AI customer care agent, the human agent, submitting photos and at the end I was told my machine is on premium warranty so it can not be taken care of by them and they did not even understood the problem, they thought my screen is broken and advise me to buy a new screen which they say it s not in production yet, when what I was asking was different, my screen work properly, I am wondering if they even looked at the pictures of my machine I sent. I am really disappointed with Dell, just threw away 1467 pound in water, my one year saving. A 1500 pound machines with no proper customer care, what a mess ? Shame on you Dell. The Dell staff I interacted with are really dodgy
