Request for cancellation due to unsatisfied service

I signed up with London Weight Management (LWM) for 30 session's treatment early February this year. This has cost me RM 10, 300 for 36 months of installment with two different banks. I wasn't intent to sign up so many sessions initially, because I do not have weight problem. Eventually, the staffs were so keen and started to takes turn to telling me many bad things about my body and tried to persuade me to sign up for more sessions. This is how I end up with 30 sessions of treatments! I have been there only 3 times for treatments, of cause I did lose a bit weight on the spot which definitely water. My last visit to LWM was on 7th march-20. I stopped visiting LWM since MCO until now. Not only because they were not in business during MCO, but when LWM were back to business on April/ May, a lady name Yvonne (the branch manager, Melaka) started calling me for appointment very frequently. I understand that she was just doing her job, but this is really annoying. During this critical period of time (Covid-19 pandemic), every time she called, very patiently I told her the same thing- "I don't feel comfortable and safe to come at this period of time; I will call you for an appointment when I wish to come". I believed she heard what I said but actually she was not listening! She kept telling me LWM has SOP……. (Good SOP can only act as prevention but will not guarantee there will be no risk of infection! ) Covid-19 had affected everyone globally; people are alert in protecting themselves the best way they can. During the signed up LWM told me I can come for treatment any time I wish to, but till 26th October-20, this lady call me again and this time she told me that I must come for a "renew" since I have stopped visiting for 8 months, otherwise the customer has to go to KL (LWM) ! I don't understand what "Renew" is all about, and what does she mean by have to go KL!!! This had never been told during my signed up with LWM! Since I cannot complied with what she called a "renew" at this critical moment, I told her that I wish to terminate the remaining sessions I have left (27 sessions) and to get a reimbursement, she ignored my request and ask me to reconsidered to come for the "renew"! On 9th November-20, the first day of cMCO in Melaka, she called again and this time she really pissed me off! On 10th November-20, again I request for termination, I've send her sms regarding my request, this time she just dropped me a line saying that "No you cannot, because you have start coming for treatment! What kind of nonsense is this! With this kind of service quality, isn't that consumer has the right to request for termination!!!???? I try to call her on the same day but she was not picking up my call and I did drop her sms to ask her to return my call yet she ignored it again! What kind of service is this? … Is this how LWM trained their staffs?? I don't wish to get any services provided by LWM anymore; I want to terminate whatever sessions I still have and to get my refund back.
