Representative Ms. Santana refuses to do her job.

Called for a payment history of a loan account. I asked for a payment statement and Ms. Santana stated that she will not sit there and count the amount for us. I asked for a statement and again she refused to do so. She hanged up on me. I called back got another representative and within two minutes he was able to get me the information. Note I spent about an hour on the phone with Ms. Santana. Terrible customer service and a poor representation Ms. Santana!
