Replacement parts for tile saw

I cannot get to harbor freights parts department. I have sent several emails and they get rejected for one reason or another. I called their customer service and they say i am doing something wrong and try again. this is getting very frustrating. I need replacement parts for a TC250b saw. I have worn them out. I would also like to get another use manual. Can you help me?
