Replacement card and in-store complaint

I have misplaced my credit card and request a replacement sent to my address. Dianna P. Smith 2978 Maryland Ave. Apt #A Columbus, Ohio 43209 Also, I was in the store Thursday 9/10/2020 and was making a purchase used my birthday discount. The card machine was out of order even though I used my ID and credit card number to make the purchase, So anyway, I was asked to return the next day when the machine would be working . I did that and did not receive my discount because the clerk could not find my card that I left [Birthday Card) 20% discount. So I changed one of my purchases because of that. I was very disappointed. User's recommendation: Find a lot of patience during these times!
