Repair my car

dear M/M i am cpmplaining about the customer service of kia service center in abu rawa cairo Egypt i went to fix my new kia cerato 2010 at the service center twice to fix small problem in the break but they didnt make it during my car normal service 1000 km and 10000 km consider that i already informed them about it and it is small problem any normal technichian can solve this problem realy it is very starange even i called the customer care and they told me that they didnt have time available to fix it in same service which is very strange to tell you the truth i was planing to buy another car kia carens but i will think again becuase of this treatment.email sherifahaleem@***.com
