Repair for General Electric Washer/Dryer Combo

Purchased washer/dryer on 03/03/20. The start knob broke late June of 21. Call the Eatontown store the week of the 21st. Received a call from Jersey Appliance on June 26th, I was told they would have the parts by July 6th and someone would call to set up the appointment but if we did not hear from them to call back. Call back the week of July 19th and once or twice a week since, each time the call goes right to hold. I called the store and the manager said they are having a lot of problems with Jersey Appliance and he would contact GE service. Started getting text messages from Jersey Appliance to call to set up appointment but when i would call it would either go right to hold or if someone would answer they would say let me check on that then put me on hold and never come back. I have been a customer of PC Richard for many years and this is my first experience with such poor service, very disappointed.
