why after no one bothered to contact for two years has my rent gone up along with a $100 fee. The property manager knows where to find me, yet did not until it was too late. I have always paid my rent on time, yet there is always something to add on to my rent. My neighbor with a one bedroom pays less thank I do for a studio. For the first year my apartment was inhabitable due to two fires, disposal that was backed up causing me to wash dishes in my toilet and bath sink, outside light not working and a closet door that kept falling on my head, the floor and on the wall causing a gouge. it took over 9 months to repair these problems. and a year to replace a stove that had a loose wire hanging down. All these problems were reported to management including an email to home office, and yet no one did anything until i asked the new maintenance man to do the repairs. Why? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You have uneven sidewalks with poor lighting which caused me to sprain my ankle twice. You have one sidewalk not 6 inches from a retention pond. I am sure my attorney could find one if not many things to find fault in as well as the local news stations. I cant even find a place to make my payment online.
