Reissued check status

A check which needed to be reissued from 2016 has not been resent to me after several faxed requests to them to do so. I was on the phone with them for 55 minutes on hold before they hung up on me. Issue still unresolved User's recommendation: CitiMortgage no longer does mortgages.
