Reimbursement check
Its bad enough it takes 45 days to process a claim, but this time Aetna sent my ck to the Provider! Now I am dancing around with them to get the corrected check sent to me, so far 3 weeks have gone by! Calling in and Messaging only results in scripted comments. No one takes initiative for a specific issue
