I have gone to Lowes to purchase items that totaled $21.71. My check was refused due to Certegy. When I call them they are very rude, cant answer questions I have asked. I contacted my bank and Lowes. My bank says they have never heard of this company, while lowes says they cant do anything about it. This is quite embarrassing since at the time I had over $800 in my bank. This is the 2nd time in 6 months. I will not shop at Lowes as I am not going to be looked at badly again by the people behind me in line or the checker. This practice needs to be stopped.
