Had an appointment for cleaning. Staff said I needed clearance from my medical doctor first. Got that issue resolved. They then indicated that I may need a deep cleaning and scaling. Dentist indicated that it would be in the best interest for me. It would be an additional cost for me. I indicated that I do not want the service. Just wanted a basic cleaning. I was informed that they would not service me unless I had the deep cleaning and scaling. Are they trying to get me to pay for service that I do not want? User's recommendation: Ensure that they are not recommending.unnecessary service.
