We booked a cruise/air package through Vacations To Go for an Emerald cruise/air package for $8530. Emerald cancelled the cruise and we were only offered a voucher and if we could not use the voucher, a refund of the amount we paid in 2023! Vacation to Go said it was Emerald that would not refund our money. We are 80 years old and do not know if we can afford to pay the additional charge for a cruise next year or the following year. By waiting until 2023 to get a full refund, Vacations To Go is using our money free for almost 3 years, We need that money now but both Vacations To Go or Emerald Waterways is refusing us a refund. User's recommendation: Do not boook through Vacations to Go or Emerald Waterways.
