Refusal to refund after showing proper documentation on all purchases

I purchased an event pack for upwards of 75$s around Christmas time. as per there agreement I have not used or opened the pack as I bought it for another character. They are now telling me they cannot transfer or refund the product regardless because it has been more then 15 days since purchase I proceeded to show them the other 3 inquires, I have made since day 2 of purchase where they in turn have not responded. I also intend to report this to the BBB involving there US branch as they are mostly based out of Korea. User's recommendation: Dont waste your time or money.
