Refusal to accept a wig past the 60 day return period.

I ordered 2 wigs in January 2020. I got a bad case of double phenomena and was unable to resend the item within 60 days. Afterwards there was a Covid breakout and inside of our Post Office was closed and I was unable to return the wig. Once I was cleared medically to return the item, Especially Yours REFUSED to accept the wig. It's never been worn and is still in the original packaging. On the day I called to return the wig that doesn't fit, I placed an order for $116!!!! I've been a loyal customer to the for years and the ONE time I ask to return they refused. They are losing me as a customer since they are unwilling to work with a "loyal" customer! User's recommendation: Beware!
