Ticketoffices.com sent out an email with an unusable coupon code in compensation for two NFL game tickets that was canceled due to COVID-19. I have called several times requesting a refund and was only given the runaround. I have no recourse but to sue to get my $300 plus back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know we cannot be the only people who have been screwed by this company.
