refund still not received

on 1/22/2017 i placed my order. on 1/30 2017 order still had not been shipped so i canceled and asked for a refund. they responded that in 1 to 7 days i would receive my refund.that should have happened on 02 /06 /2017 but still no refund, again i emailed them and they responded that they canceled the order and in 1 to 7 days i should receive my refund.now it is 2/14/2017 and still no refund.and the only way to contact them is through email from what i have searched so far. it is surprising to me that they took my money right away but did not ship my purchase or have not given me my refund.
