On 25th January 2020 I placed an order with Manomano for a shower door 1700cm. Later that evening i realised I had ordered the wrong size. Next day I telephoned the company to cancel the order which they said they had done and would arrange a refund for £169.99. I then went on their web site and ordered the correct size and paid for the same. Since then I have made numerous calls to Manomano and hold umpteen emails sent and received, spoken to 3 different people at this company but still as of today I have not received my money back. I now feel that my requests are being ignored and feel I have to take this matter further. Any advise would be appreciated. Glen T Oakes
