I have worse experience with this company. I tried to canceled my flight because of coronavirus and I called them a lot of time I sent an emails a lot of time and no ones response to my calls or emails. The voice mail don't give you any instructions and if you go to the website you cant find any option to change or cancel fight. This is not professional at all. I'm still waiting response from them.
