Refrigerator Sucks!

My husband and I moved into our house on December 14, 2018 and have had a problem with our refrigerator ever since. Don't buy their products but, especially, don't buy their fridge, Model #FFHD2250TS. The vents for the fridge are on the sides and right down the center, rear, of the fridge. This means that you're unable to use those areas, because by doing so would cause your food/drinks to freeze. From between February 2019 and today, I have made several calls to Electrolux and we have had 4 visits from their authorized technicians. One of them was directly from their factory. I have four pages of notes and have been to Home Depot for help. Yesterday, the technician from Electrolux came out to look at our fridge, (we happened to be in the store and had given Home Depot this update). Apparently, the technician stated that there was nothing wrong with the fridge and, today, I received a phone call from, Juanice at Electrolux, with respect to that visit. She is Bracy Y’s assistant and a "supervisor". I had previously spoken to her on May 1, 2019. My husband is a disabled Veteran, (he has something similar to ALS), and I am disabled as well. We eat mostly fresh foods and our refrigerator is freezing our drinks, our vegetables or anything else in the fridge near the back. Sometimes, we have seltzer water exploding in the back. Even our milk and juices freeze. I have explained to Electrolux that we have to eat healthy and that we are forced to throw out food, because lettuce and other vegetables are frozen and wilted. It has cost us so much money in wasted food, time calling and arguing with Electrolux, and it causes stress to my husband and I, which exacerbates our conditions. Juanice stated that there was nothing else that they could do for me and, that if there should be a problem with the fridge, to call them back. I said, “okay, I’m calling you back right now and to please send someone out”. She stated that if they send out a technician and if there’s nothing wrong with the fridge, that I would be charged a service fee, even though I have an extended warranty. I explained to her that the fridge has a design flaw and that issue is on them. I also told her that I would be filing a complaint with the media and GA Department of Laws Consumer Division. I also asked to speak with her boss, Bracy Y. She transferred me and, as I thought, it went to voice mail. They obviously don't care.
