So i went n in today to replace my insoles and they proceeded to tell me they only had a 90 day warranty for exchanges. I was always told that it was a lifetime guarentee and i just had to bring them in and exchange them. Apparently they dont honor what they tell thencustomers after you walk out the door, if i had to compare them to something it would be a used car lot.
