We have not been disappointed with our service from you until this last visit by the “ORKIN Man”. I was busy doing other maintenance on my property and did not accompany your agent on this visit BUT he did not do the job as in past times. I realize this may be a new employee but he did not do a thorough job. We have carpenter bees flying around and mice in the basement. No new traps were put down nor did the guy spray for the bees! I WOULD RESPECTFULLY REQUEST ANOTHER VISIT FROM YOUR COMPANY AT NO COST TO ME and do a proper perimeter check. Thank you. Look forward to hearing from you
