Received my order and items are missing

I placed an order and received the package open. Two of the items were missing and the post office said that Old Navy had never sealed the package to begin with. They were surprised that any of the items even made it to me. I called Old Navy and they resolved my issue and are issuing me a credit. Thank you for your help.
