Too unsafe

have to call city and county departments to have safety lighting fixed, sidewalks fixed (one slab rocks and if s.o. falls fingers could be pinched/cut off), address 20 year old stove and three broken or missing smoke alarms. never mind all of the broken electrical stuff that violates code. since management allowed for a drug house to...
