passenger Shenika E Freser, unable to board scheduled on April 14,2021.told that travel.because she need to have aVisa to pass through Guatamala on way to belize. I have checked requirements are quite unclear for transit thru Guatamala.. would like to rebook this ticket on a diffreent route to arrive in Belize. if this unavailable then cancel the present ticket for an entirely different flight to Destination.. thank you kindly Eunice Clarke
