I was contacted by z57 concerning lead generation for my real estate business. I was told that there was a year commitment. When I balked at signing I was then told that if I was really unsatisfied with their product or service that the "remaining balance due" would be waived because they 'certainly don't want an unhappy customer.' I signed. So far i've seen no results from their services, as a matter of fact their services are actually hurting my business. For the last 8 months the website that my potential clients are directed to is not secure. When the potential client is directed to the website that z57 created and hosts, they get a message that states, attackers might be trying to steal your information. I'm paying this company nearly $450 per month to obtain names, emails and phone numbers of potential home buyers and sellers. When they see this warning my real estate business is seen as untrustworthy and my reputation is being harmed. I've received angry calls from potential clients accusing me of phishing. They did not disclose that their service is not secure and now they refuse to waive the "remaining balance due" if I cancel. I was told by megan fletcher (supervisor) that the non-secure issue would be fixed by april 24, 2019 - it was not. Just another lie. I truly believe this is a scam, fraud and illegal. It appears this business is setup to make realtors unhappy so they will cancel and z57 can reap a huge balance without providing any future services. As a matter of fact, when you complain they almost immediately tell you they are placing your cancellation notice - they don't want to deal with you. It's so much easier to not solve the problems and still get paid than to provide the service. That's just wrong! I need my reputation to be stellar, not tarnished. They have told me for months this problem is being fixed, however to date nothing. Even if it does get fixed i'll have 8 or 9 months of non-service and reputation harm. This type of business behavior should be stopped! I'm sure they will retaliate against me, but no other person should have to endure this.
