Poorly run company lacking in customer service. They are concerned with their bottom line profits only. They have you sign the initial contract and then automatically renew it annually for a full year without notification. Their the only company I've ever heard of doing this, even cell phone company's don't do this and their the biggest scam artist when it comes to contracts. Then the only time we required their service was when the alarm would not shut off and I had to call three times. Each time I called they said they would send someone out and nobody ever showed. Finally I removed the terminal from the wall to shut it up and when I called the support rep stated "Oh so you don't need help". Yeah thanks for nothing!!! I will never use Signature Alert again and do NOT recommend this company.
