They have lured many people to the mountain. They started years ago with a wellness center and scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors. The property is owned by Maynor Rojas a 40 year old Tica that is Doug Grosse's "strawman". He bribes officials because they do not have water to supply the hundreds of homes that they say they will build. They drilled an illegal water well and told authorities the water was from a natural spring to bypass permitting. These guys are crooks. They hide under fake names, business entities. Raymond Cruz/James was Douglas Grosse's coin man but he now has hired another con man who is even worse. His name is Brian Hughes. His partner went to jail and was released on bail but fled the country. The new scam development is Hacienda Punta Alta. I have included a photo from 3 May 15th 2019 showing the Villas that Raymond James states are built on the mountain. This is the same it has looked for over 3 months. I think he is looking to collect as much money as he can then run to another country and start the same thing again.
