For several days I
didn’t use the Internet at all while I didn’t have any access to the phone. In
addition to it, no one could take my gadget because I live alone. Anyway, it
showed that I had used 5GB of data. I felt awful, and called the provider.
Manager answered me, and said that they had a software forced crash. I was made
an apology and given additional 5GB for free.
It’s great that they
can admit their mistakes and make everything to correct them. I’ll definitely
stay with them in spite of such small disadvantages.
