Question about blower

The VA bought the clinic a stihl blower to use as we needed. When we got it out of the box it had a little crack on the handle and didn't think about it because we had to use at the time. The handle is now broken and wanted to know what recourse if any could be done to assist with this piece of equipment. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
