June 29 2019 I purchased a queen size Simmons beautyrest ultra after 2 weeks I complained about a body impression, which was an 1inch deep. I was told by the service manager it had to be 1/2 inch before they will do anything. I complained again June 11th 2020 , only to get the same answer this impression is giving me so much pain in my hip. The bed has only been slept in 6 months as im away during the winter User's recommendation: It seems that by not only my review Leon's does not have a good reputation.
