Within the last year, when I call customer service to return books, I get the run around. We can't find your account, where do you live? What is your name again? The customer service is why I have been an Audible customer since it began. 2 credits or more every month. I would recommend looking at other audiobook companies before audible. Prices are lower and return policies are less time-wasting.
