Quality of a ring

Had a ring sized in Feb. Didn't received it back until July got it back wore it one time the stone fell out carried it back to Dublin ga store was told they couldn't take it back now .This is poor business and thus is not the first time I have had stones cone out of rings.I want to know how they will fix my ring?
