Quadruple Billing

I ordered an item from pro-patches and was almost immediately billed two times. I complained to them and was told Iver the phone that it would be corrected. A few weeks later I was billed a third time. This time we complained to our credit card company we used to buy the patch. They reversed the charge, but Pro Patches saw no liability. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau, who were no help. One year after all of this, Pro Patches billed us a FOURTH TIME!!! User's recommendation: Never buy products from Pro Patches!
