I have been a 100% faithful customer for 33 year. I'm so ANGRY! I go to my near by store everyday to grab a pack of Newports and the last few months I've been having bad luck with your product. I pay almost $9 a pack and I open my cigarettes and they look like they've been ran over by a car!!!! I try to take them pack to the store and they will not exchange them for a different pack!!!! I am willing to switch to Kools .... User's recommendation: Nothing.
