Purchased a $4,500 C Crawford sofa at Raymour & Flanigan

Furniture delivered 3 days ago and it was covered in dog hair, stain on pillow and damage underneath sofa. R&F picked up sofa today and will deliver new one end of August. They are still researching how this occurred but it must have been furniture that was returned and sold as new,
