3 nights ago my son who has autism was scammed by a user with a valve support handle. First why the *** would a company of programmers allow and of its users to user gaming names like that. just DUMB!!!! My son asked me up as soon as the guy started talking to him. after a bit I aught on that this guy was full of *** and shut down the conversation. unfortunately somehow he got my sons account locked down or he took it. for 3 days now I have tried everything to get someone to help us and all I have received, 24 hours later is a request to give more information that the account is ours and then nothing!!!!!!! . Apparently the fact our address, phone number, and paypal user is not enough to convince these idiots. My son has been playing for years, if his account is lost, so is thousands of $$$ and hours spent and they care nothing for the customers.
