Promised a credit I did not receive

UPS admitted my package was delivered to the wrong address, clearly out of range per my normal UPS driver, and Mercari is the only one who is able to file a claim with them. They will not. I was told theyd give me credit for my purchase/shipping on 20 July 2021, its now 26 July 2021 and I havent received the credit. They keep telling me I need to work with UPS, but UPS cant work with me because Mercari is the customer. The customer service Reps now keep saying the same bs check your shipping label, it says it was delivered, you have to talk to UPS. They arent standing by their word, and are keeping my funds when I have no product in exchange. User's recommendation: Be aware, they won’t help with lost items, when they’re the only ones allowed to file a claim.
