Proflowers has reneged on it’s settlement of dispute.

I placed two orders with ProFlowers that I had to cancel. I was billed and they were delivered. Both orders were canceled. My daughter called your customer service and thought it was settled. The charge for shipping on the first was debited to my credit card. The person with whom she talked said we would be credited with the price of the flowers but not the shipping costs on the second. I'm still awaiting that fifty dollar credit I was promised.
