PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

JUST THE FACTS: I WON A GPS WATCH, AT A LOCAL GOLF TOURNAMENT. THE WATCH DIDN'T WORK. NOT EVEN ONCE. I TOOK IT TO 3 GOLF COURSES, AND THE ONLY THING IT SAID WAS "LOADING". I NEGOTIATED A PAYMENT OF $130, TO UPGRADE TO THE LR-7S RANGEFINDER. THE PINSEEKER VIBRATION MODE DIDN'T WORK, NOT EVEN ONCE. THE SLOPE MODE WORKED AND THAT'S WHAT I REALLY WANTED, SO I LET IT GO. AFTER 3 MONTHS THE SLOPE MODE STOPPED WORKING, SO I SENT IT BACK. TWO WEEKS LATER, I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL THAT THEY WOULD BE MAILING MY UNIT BACK. A WEEK LATER CORONA VIRUS HIT, AND THE MUST'VE NOT MAILED, LIKE I WAS INFORMED. ANOTHER 10 WEEKS LATER, AFTER A TWO OF UNANSWERED EMAILS, MY LR-7S ARRIVED. IT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT I SENT IT, EXCEPT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. NO VIBRATING PINSEEKER MODE, NO SLOPE MODE. I EMAILED THE COMPANY 3 TIMES OVER THE NEXT 6 WEEKS, NO ANSWER, NOT ONE. THEN I GOT PISSED, AND SENT THEM A RUDE EMAIL, EXPLAINING HOW MISERABLE THEY ARE. MIRACULOUSLY, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY FROM SOMEONE, WITH NO NAME ATTACHED, TELLING BE THAT I'M IN NEED OF COUNSELING AND BLAMED THEIR POOR SERVICE ON THE "PANDEMIC". AFTER ANOTHER EMAIL, I GOT DENYS FARVER. I REQUESTED MY $130 BACK, AND TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY WROTE OF THE GPS WATCH THAT NEVER WORKED ONCE. THE DAY HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER LR-7S, WHICH THEY NO LONGER ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE, MY LR-7S WAS STOLEN OFF OF MY GOLF CART, WHILE GOLFING IN A TOURNAMENT...TAH DAH!!! User's recommendation: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GOLFBUDDY.
