I bought a Neato Botvac D-type Robot Vacuum. The good news is I have had the product for just about two years. The bad news is it has been nothing but a paper weight for just under two years. Within the first three months the device stopped working, after remote troubleshooting they sent me a battery. a couple months after that the device stopped again, again troubleshoot and another battery. they worked the system until the product was out of warranty and then total me it was my issue good luck. But they were truly sorry I had such a bad experience with their product. They also hope that this experience did not taint my view of their dedication to service or the product in general. My recommendation is not to buy this product. I am not sure it other robotic vacuum are any better but I cannot justify spending hundreds of dollars on something that is this unreliable.
