I live at Indian Lookout in Cincinnati Ohio 45238, I have asked the light in the stairway to be repaired for over a year. As we go out at night it is difficult to walk the stairs. So since it was not fixed we took our chances, as time passed our dishwater would leak when we used it. we called repairs, they stated we needed a new one and expect it by Friday or Monday, it was Monday before we called them back, lover a week/. So on Thursday i called the office, I was told it would be in stalled by Friday or Monday, NO BIGGIE. Well time went until the following Friday, 4 days later, the Office told me it would be asap, I'm still waiting. We always pay our rent on time, been here 7 hears, I thought we were in GOOD standing, I am mistaken. We hardly ever make a complaint we are Friendly, we are now wondering what we did. Please HELP!! We are now without a pool and basketball courts, but we are still paying 100 percent rent but not getting what we pay for/ No pool furniture if we do get use of pool and its seems we are coming up short.PLEASE EXPLAIN!!
