Problem with company fixing my washing machine.

Update by user Sep 12, 2019 Spending weeks in laundry mat. Manager not able to help a customer when they are upset. Original review posted by user Sep 12, 2019 A + E came to my house to fix my washing machine, gave me crap because I didn't give the info about the problem with my washer so he could fix it. They ordered parts, he would be back on the 12th. I called you company to let you know what was going on. Your person informed me that you did let them know. I let it go. The part got there about 15 minutes before the service worker. They replaced the part, it still did the same thing. So they ordered more parts. Informed my daughter in law that they the part word be in on the 25th. The are going to be there between 8-12. Most likely won't even be there before them. I have a real problem with the fact that they are guessing not doing any diagnostic on the washer. I had to have my daughter in law take the day off for nothing. I call your company because I am upset, I was waiting over 1 hours and the manager asked like it's no big deal. He didn't care that I was upset, that made me really mad. I am seriously thinking of going to another company. If you don't care about customer service than why should I stay with you. All I want is to have a service provided that I pay for. Not happy at all.
