Problem receiving refund

I ordered some furniture (8/12/20) - was given a 4 week lead time- I paid in cash and was willing to wait. A week later the salesperson called and said was on back order till December 2020-I requested a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days for a refund since I paid cash. That was on 8/25/20- i STILL haven't received the refund- am left on INFINITE hold with customer service line, called corporate office- only to be transferred to customer service line and no one answers . City Furniture has ZERO Customer service or regard for their customers. i will NEVER use them again- Rooms to go has gained a new customer. And i will be SURE to advise ANY AND all I come in contact with the practices of this company. I will be reporting to BBB next SOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!! User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE!!!!
