WE HAVE PURCHASED RICOH MP 1600L PRINTER/COPIER FROM M/S SARAN ENTERPRISES ROORKEE UTTRAKHAND (INDIA) IN THE M/O JULY 2009. AS PER TERMS OF CO. THERE IS AN AFTER SALES WARRANTY OF 1 YEAR . SINCE DT.18.07.2010 OUR MACHINE IS NOT WORKING AND AS PER RICOH ENGINEER THERE IS PROBLEM IN MOTHER BOARD AND IT NEEDS REPLACEMENT. BUT NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE CONCERNED PERSON AT RICOH DELHI OFFICE IS INTRESTED IN OUR COMPLAINT. THEY ARE SAYING THAT OUR MACHINE IS OUT OF WARRANTY BECAUSE WE HAVE PURCHASED TONER FROM OUT SIDE. THIS IS TO BE NOTED THAT WE HAVE PURCHSED ORIGIONAL TONER FROM MARKET . PLEASE HELP US.
