Issues resolved-0..that says it all! Very, VERY unhappy customer! Why are we paying YOU again? Oh, thats right, to cover our LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS! Im on day(?) Without...cant even remember because its been so long. Ive called, left messages, no return calls, then spoken to someone, my doctor has called repeatedly, faxed the bogus forms you require ( never had to do that in the 7 years Ive been on this medicine with UMR) My doctor was sent a letter of approval FINALLY and wouldnt you know it Magellan denied coverage AGAIN at the pharmacy that same day just hours later. Same thing with my husbands anti-rejection medicine for his heart...I think there is something rather fishy going on with this company and apparently, its not just me. Still waiting Magellen. Still waiting....
